Job Summary :-

REhub Green Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Service Support Assistant to support the service team by coordinating customer requests, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and technicians.

Key Responsibilities : -

Receive and attend customer service calls and inquiries.

Schedule and coordinate service visits with technicians.

Maintain service records, customer databases, and reports.

Follow up with customers regarding service status and feedback.

Update daily service activities in company records.

Assist in handling customer complaints professionally.

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).

Ability to handle customer interactions professionally.

Strong organizational and coordination skills..

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Prior experience in customer support, administration, or service coordination will be an added advantage.
