Job Description
- Sales Target Achievement
- Set daily, weekly and monthly targets for sales executives.
- Monitor individual and team performance.
- Drive achievement of retail, booking and billing targets.
- Lead Management
- Monitor all showroom, digital, telephone and referral leads.
- Ensure timely follow-up and proper lead allocation.
- Track lead conversion and identify lost leads.
- Team Management
- Allocate responsibilities and territories among sales executives.
- Conduct daily briefings and performance reviews.
- Motivate the team to achieve targets.
- Identify training and skill-development requirements.
- Customer Handling
- Support sales executives in handling important or difficult customers.
- Ensure professional communication and a positive buying experience.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalation issues.
- Test Ride Management
- Ensure maximum utilisation of test rides.
- Track test-ride-to-booking conversion.
- Make sure test rides are conducted safely and professionally.
- Conversion & Follow-up
- Monitor enquiry → test ride → booking → retail conversion.
- Review pending and hot leads every day.
- Develop strategies to improve conversion rates.
