Core Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Team Building: Scout, interview, and onboard new insurance agents/advisors to continuously grow the agency network. [1, 2, 3, 4]

• Sales Management & Strategy: Drive the team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual new business premiums. Analyze market trends to identify new growth opportunities. [1, 2, 3, 4]
• Performance Monitoring: Review sales metrics, track agent productivity, and provide mentorship to improve conversion rates. [1, 2]
