Sales Executive

About the Role

Stalwart RA Housing is looking for an enthusiastic and driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our sales team in Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator who is comfortable reaching out to prospective buyers and managing sales pipelines efficiently. You will play a crucial role in driving our flat sales through active cold calling and diligent lead management.

Key Responsibilities

Cold Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential leads and effectively pitch our residential flats.

Lead Management: Consistently log, update, and manage the status of all prospective clients and leads using daily MS Excel trackers.

Client Engagement: Answer basic queries regarding property features, pricing, and availability to build interest and schedule site visits.

Follow-ups: Maintain regular contact with potential buyers to nurture leads through the sales cycle.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in sales (prior experience in real estate sales is a strong advantage).

Language Proficiency: Must be exceptionally fluent in Odia and Hindi to build rapport with local clients, alongside a basic understanding of English.

Computer Literacy: Must be comfortable operating a computer and proficient in standard MS Office applications. Specifically, you must be capable of navigating and updating data in Microsoft Excel.

Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, a confident telephone demeanor, and a goal-oriented mindset.
