Sales Executive

We are hiring a Sales Executive. The role involves field sales, client meetings, closing deals, and managing end-to-end solar project sales for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads via field sales, references, and networking
• Meet customers & suggest suitable rooftop solar solutions
• Prepare proposals, quotations & ROI/payback analysis
• Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for project execution
• Maintain strong customer relationships
• Manage sales data and reporting
• Build relationships with banks & local authorities
• Arrange meetings with government officials

Requirements

• 2–4 years of sales experience
• Good communication & negotiation skills
• Knowledge of rooftop solar systems
• Willingness to travel for field work
• Basic understanding of energy/solar concepts
