Job Title: B2B Sales Executive / Telecaller / Store Sales ExecutiveJob Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our team as B2B Sales Executive, Telecaller, and Store Sales Executive. The role involves interacting with customers, generating leads, handling walk-in and business clients, promoting products/services, and achieving sales targets. Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to generate leads and follow up with potential customers.
• Handle walk-in customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Identify and connect with business (B2B) clients.
• Explain products/services and recommend suitable solutions.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Schedule client meetings and support the sales process.
• Maintain customer records, sales reports, and CRM/database.
• Assist with billing, inventory management, and store operations when required.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass/Graduate.
• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Customer-focused, confident, and target-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
