Job Description
Key Responsibilities
* Welcome and assist customers professionally at the showroom.
* Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
* Understand customer requirements and assist them in selecting suitable jewellery.
* Conduct regular follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp and approved channels.
* Generate customer visits, repeat business and referrals.
* Promote TBZ collections, offers, festive schemes and Kalpavruksha (KP) schemes.
* Maintain and update customer data accurately in the CRM.
* Handle customer queries, feedback and complaints professionally.
* Follow up on enquiries, quotations, bookings and appointments.
* Conduct post-purchase follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
* Graduate preferred.
* Experience in jewellery, luxury retail or customer relationship management preferred.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong customer service and follow-up abilities.
* Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office.
