Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to oversee interior fit-out projects from planning to handover. The candidate will be responsible for project execution, site coordination, client communication, resource management, quality control, and timely project delivery.

• Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & ExecutionManage complete interior fit-out projects from inception to completion.
• Prepare project schedules and monitor progress against timelines.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, contractors, and site teams.
• Ensure projects are executed as per approved drawings, BOQ, and specifications.
• Site ManagementConduct regular site visits and monitor work progress.
• Ensure proper deployment of manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Resolve site-related issues and maintain smooth workflow.
• Supervise contractors and subcontractors to ensure timely completion.
