Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to handle customer inquiries, follow up with prospective clients, and assist customers throughout the initial stages of the real estate buying process. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a professional attitude, and an interest in real estate sales.

• Key Responsibilities Handle incoming customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Understand customer requirements, preferences, and budget to recommend suitable properties.
• Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
• Schedule property visits and coordinate with the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and follow-ups.
• Share property details, brochures, pricing, and other relevant information with customers.
• Assist the sales team in converting prospective customers into potential buyers.
• Provide a positive customer experience through timely responses and professional communication.
• Requirements Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Marketing or Sales is preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in pre-sales, customer service, or real estate sales.
• Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to handle multiple inquiries and follow-ups efficiently.
