Plumber

Kalinga Industries is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Plumber specializing in industrial water treatment systems. This role focuses on the precision installation, piping, and commissioning of a large or Medium-Scale Industrial Reverse Osmosis (RO) plant. You will be responsible for ensuring the structural integrity and leak-free operation of high-pressure filtration systems, which are essential to our industrial processes. Key Responsibilities System Installation: Interpret blueprints and P&ID (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams) to install RO skids, membrane housings, and multi-media filters. Piping & Fitting: Measure, cut, thread, and bend pipes using various materials, including Stainless Steel (SS316/304), PVC, CPVC, and HDPE. High-Pressure Systems: Install and secure high-pressure pumps and ensure all connections can withstand the specific osmotic pressures required for industrial desalination. Component Integration: Connect storage tanks, dosing pumps, and UV sterilizers to the main RO line. Testing & Quality Control: Conduct hydrostatic pressure tests to identify and repair leaks before the system goes live. Maintenance Support: Perform initial calibration of flow meters and pressure gauges to ensure the system operates within design parameters. Why Join Kalinga Industries?
