Job Title: Office Assistant Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Assistant Executive to support day-to-day administrative and office operations. The candidate will ensure smooth office functioning by coordinating with employees, vendors, and management while maintaining office records and assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day office administration activities.
- Manage inward/outward documents, courier, and correspondence.
- Maintain office files, records, and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies and maintenance.
- Maintain petty cash and office expense records.
- Monitor office inventory and place purchase requests when required.
- Coordinate travel bookings, hotel reservations, and vehicle arrangements.
- Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and company events.
- Maintain attendance records and support HR/admin activities.
- Ensure office cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of office facilities.
- Coordinate with IT for laptops, printers, internet, and office equipment.
- Prepare reports, MIS, and administrative documentation as required.
- Perform any other administrative tasks assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 3 years of experience in Administration or Office Operations.
- Freshers with excellent communication and computer skills may also apply.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Email drafting and document management.
- Basic knowledge of office accounting and petty cash.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Professional attitude and positive personality.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in IT/System Integration company.
- Knowledge of ERP or office management software.
- Vendor coordination experience.
