Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

Recruit insurance advisors/agents.

Train and motivate agents for sales.

Help agents generate leads and close insurance policies.

Achieve monthly and yearly business targets.

Conduct sales meetings and field visits.

Build relationships with customers and local networks.

Monitor team performance and productivity.

Ensure compliance with IRDAI and company policies. �

Eligibility

Graduate in any stream (many branches prefer graduation).

Good communication and sales skills.

Experience in sales, banking, insurance, telecom, or marketing is often preferred.

Some openings also accept freshers.
