Job SummaryWe are looking for energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented professionals to join our Insurance Sales Team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, acquiring customers, providing financial protection solutions, and building long-term client relationships.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through personal networking, referrals, and field activities.
  • Meet prospective customers and analyze their financial needs.
  • Recommend suitable life insurance and investment solutions.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Ensure timely documentation and policy issuance.
  • Provide after-sales service and policy renewal support.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Participate in training programs and sales meetings.
  • EligibilityMinimum Qualification: Graduate (12th Pass may be considered for experienced candidates as per company norms)
  • Age: 21–45 years (flexible for experienced candidates)
  • Experience: 0–5 years in Sales, Banking, Insurance, Finance, FMCG, Telecom, or Direct Sales.
  • Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
  • Skills RequiredExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and convincing ability.
  • Customer-centric approach.
  • Self-driven and target-oriented.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications.
