Human Resource Executive

Key Responsibilities:-

Recruitment & Onboarding:

Oversee the entire hiring process, from sourcing candidates and conducting interviews to performing background checks and managing the onboarding of new employees.

Compensation & Benefits:

Design and administer competitive pay plans and benefits packages, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other incentives, ensuring they align with industry standards.

Employee Relations:

Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing grievances, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

HR Policy & Compliance:

Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring full compliance with labor laws and regulations at the local, state, and federal levels.

Performance Management:

Implement performance appraisal systems and training programs to drive high performance, improve employee skills, and support career development.

HR Strategy & Operations:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives, support future business needs, and manage the daily operations of the HR department.

Data & Metrics:

Monitor HR metrics, such as employee retention and turnover rates, and use this data to provide actionable insights and improve organizational performance.
