Screening & Shortlisting: Reviewing resumes and applications to assess whether a candidate's skills and experience match the role. Conducting initial phone screenings to check for basic qualifications and communication skills

Interview Coordination: Scheduling telephonic, video (e.g., Zoom/Teams), and in-person interviews between candidates and hiring managers

Documentation & Database Management: Updating applicant details, tracking interview feedback, and managing talent pipelines in the company's ATS or HR software
