Hiring: HR Manager

Salary: Up to ₹5 LPA
Were looking for a dynamic, result-oriented HR Manager who can drive end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management in a fast-paced EdTech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment and build a high-performing team.
- Manage HR operations, employee relations, onboarding, and exit formalities.
- Implement HR policies, performance reviews, and disciplinary procedures.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
- Partner with management to align HR strategies with business goals.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in EdTech, Sales, or BPO.
- Strong expertise in recruitment, HR operations, and team management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
