HR Executive

Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding

Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation

Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination

Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Address employee grievances and support conflict resolution

Coordinate training and development programs for staff

Support performance appraisal processes and maintain appraisal records

Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws and company regulations

Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events

Prepare HR reports and MIS for management review
