Job Description
- π Key Responsibilities
- π± Seamless Onboarding: Guide new clients through a smooth implementation process, ensuring a quick "time-to-value" and a fantastic first impression.
- π€ Relationship Building: Cultivate deep, trusted relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers across your portfolio of accounts.
- π Churn Mitigation & Retention: Identify at-risk accounts early and implement proactive retention strategies to keep churn at an absolute minimum.
- π° Expansion & Upsells: Partner with the sales team to identify opportunities for account expansion, feature upgrades, and contract renewals.
- π’ Customer Advocacy: Act as the internal voice of the customer, gathering product feedback and collaborating with Product to drive innovation.
- π Education & Enablement: Conduct regular training sessions, and reviews (QBRs) to keep Employee informed about new features and best practices.
