Job Description
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable products/services.
Handle customer queries, follow-ups, and service-related concerns.
Generate leads through references, networking, and customer interactions.
Achieve assigned sales and business targets.
Regularly follow up with customers for renewals and additional business opportunities.
Maintain accurate customer records and update daily activity reports.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.
