Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to align with specific business processes and application needs. You will engage in understanding the requirements, translating them into functional software solutions, and ensuring that the applications effectively support organizational goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to refine application features and continuous improvement of the software environment are integral parts of your daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Ensure the applications developed are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously monitor and optimize application performance to enhance user experience.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps.
- Experience in designing and implementing custom connectors and integrating with various data sources.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and deployment processes within Microsoft Power Platform.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to application functionality and performance.
- Familiarity with user interface design principles to create intuitive and accessible applications.
- Knowledge of security best practices to ensure data protection within applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Power Apps.
- This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
