Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive business growth by generating leads, acquiring new customers, promoting real estate properties, and assisting clients with home loan and financial service requirements. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.


Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & SalesGenerate leads through field activities, referrals, telecalling, digital platforms, and networking.
  • Identify potential customers interested in real estate properties and loan services.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to explain company offerings.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Real Estate SalesPromote residential and commercial properties listed by the company.
  • Arrange and coordinate site visits for prospective buyers.
  • Assist customers throughout the property selection and booking process.
  • Follow up with leads to maximize conversions.


Loan & Financial Services

  • Educate customers about home loans, mortgage loans, LAP (Loan Against Property), and other financial products.
  • Collect customer requirements and coordinate with lending partners.
  • Assist clients in document collection and application processing.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between customers and financial institutions.
  • Client Relationship ManagementMaintain an updated customer database and sales pipeline.
  • Provide excellent customer service before and after sales.
  • Resolve customer queries professionally and promptly.


Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain daily call reports, visit reports, and sales reports.
  • Submit performance reports to management as required.


Required Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply.
  • Experience in Real Estate, Banking, Finance, Insurance, DSA, or Sales will be preferred.
  • Required SkillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
  • Lead generation and sales closing skills.
  • Knowledge of real estate and loan products.
  • Customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
