Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers for banking products and services.
- Explain various banking offers, loans, accounts, or credit cards to potential clients.
- Maintain a daily call log and update customer feedback in the system.
- Meet daily calling targets and generate quality leads.
- Important Terms & Working Hours:
- Training & Stipend: There will be a mandatory 15-day training period, during which a stipend of ₹1,500 only will be paid.
- Regular Salary: The regular monthly salary structure will applicable after the successful completion of the 15-day training.
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM (Day Shift).
- Requirements:
- Education: 10th pass / 12th Pass / Graduate (Freshers are welcome to apply).
- Skills: Good communication skills in Hindi/Local language, confidence, and basic computer knowledge.
- Traits: Strong convincing power and a polite attitude on calls.
