Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Description:

Exospace is hiring dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executives (BDE) to support business growth and client acquisition. Candidates should have strong communication abilities and a professional approach toward sales and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage leads through calls, networking, and referrals
• Handle client inquiries and follow up with potential customers
• Conduct meetings and explain company services effectively
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Achieve sales and business targets
• Maintain records of leads and sales activities
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding

Requirements:

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
• Excellent communication skills are mandatory
• Candidates with poor English communication should not apply
• MBA degree preferred
• Strong interpersonal and convincing skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and sales processes is an added advantage
