Bakery Assistant Chef

Core Responsibilities

• Food Prep & Baking: Measure ingredients precisely, mix dough/batters, shape baked goods, and assist with monitoring oven temperatures.
• Inventory Management: Track ingredient stock levels, receive supply deliveries, and rotate stock to ensure maximum freshness.
• Customer Service: Greet customers, answer product inquiries, process transactions, and help maintain attractive, fully stocked display cases.
• Hygiene & Sanitation: Clean and sanitize workstations, ovens, and utensils; adhere strictly to local food safety and OSHA regulations.
• Packaging & Labeling: Pack finished goods, properly label them with expiration dates, and prepare orders for pickup or delivery
