Assistant HR manager

Recruitment & Staffing -

• Manage the complete recruitment and selection process.
• Prepare job descriptions and coordinate job postings.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate final selection.

Employee Management-

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Handle employee queries, grievances, and workplace concerns.
• Monitor attendance, leave, and employee discipline.
• Support management in resolving employee-related issues.

Performance Management-

Coordinate employee performance appraisal processes.

• Set and monitor performance goals/KPIs.
• Identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions.

Required Qualifications-

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3–7 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Good knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, and HR policies.

Familiarity with applicable labour and employment regulations.
