Job Description

  1. Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities for the branch or assigned territory.
  2. Source potential candidates through job portals, employee referrals, social media, and local hiring drives.
  3. Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to shortlist suitable candidates.
  4. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  5. Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring MIS reports.
  6. Ensure all onboarding documentation is complete and compliant with company policies.
  7. Coordinate induction programs and assist new employees during the joining process.
  8. Support branch managers in achieving monthly recruitment targets for advisors and sales teams.
  9. Organize recruitment drives, job fairs, campus hiring, and walk-in interviews.
  10. Follow up with selected candidates to ensure successful joining and onboarding.
  11. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports for branch and regional management.
  12. Maintain employee records, attendance, and administrative documentation.
  13. Coordinate with HR, Operations, and Sales teams for smooth recruitment and onboarding.
  14. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and documentation standards.
  15. Handle office administration, vendor coordination, inventory management, and branch support activities when required
  16. Assist in training coordination, meeting scheduling, and employee engagement initiatives.
