Job Description

- Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Generate leads for Home Loans, Business Loans, Personal Loans, Insurance, and other financial products.
- Explain company services and schedule appointments for advisors.
- Maintain customer databases and follow-up records.
- Follow up with interested prospects regularly.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for customer closures.
- Update CRM and maintain accurate records.
- Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Odia, Hindi, and basic English.
- Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, WhatsApp).
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
- Qualifications
- Minimum: +2 / Graduation Preferred
