Job Description
Job Opening – Telecaller (Outbound Sales)Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha
Position: Telecaller – Outbound Sales
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Up to ₹5,000 Incentives
- Job Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain products and services and generate sales.
- Follow up with interested customers and close deals.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM data.
- Handle customer queries professionally and build strong relationships.
- Eligibility Criteria:Minimum 6 months of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, BPO, or Outbound Sales.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated candidates preferred.
- Freshers are strictly not allowed. Experienced candidates only.
- Benefits:Fixed salary from ₹10,000 to ₹15,000 per month.
