About the RoleWe are looking for a confident and professional Female Telecaller to handle B2B customer communication, generate leads, and develop business relationships with retailers, dealers, distributors, and other business clients.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential B2B customers and business leads.
• Introduce company products/services and explain their key benefits.
• Generate and qualify new B2B leads through telecalling.
• Follow up regularly with existing and potential customers.
• Maintain customer and lead databases with accurate information.
• Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads and business enquiries.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with dealers, retailers, and distributors.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and customer responses.
• RequirementsFemale candidates preferred.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable speaking with business owners and professionals.
• Basic knowledge of Hindi and English; Odia preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to maintain Excel/CRM records.
• Fresher candidates with good communication skills can also apply.
• Prior telecalling/B2B sales experience will be an advantage.
