We are an outsourcing and staffing service provider engaged in providing qualified professionals to Government organizations and institutional projects. We are looking for an experienced Executive Supervisor (Civil Engineer) to be deployed at a Government organization.

Job Summary

The Executive Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and monitoring civil works, site activities, quality standards, project progress, and technical documentation. The candidate should have strong knowledge of civil engineering practices and the ability to coordinate effectively with Government officials, contractors, consultants, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction and maintenance activities.
• Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, BOQ, and applicable standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor work progress.
• Check the quality of construction materials and workmanship.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and Government officials.
• Verify measurements of completed work and assist in preparation/checking of bills.
• Maintain site records, measurement books, progress reports, and other technical documents.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned works.
• Identify technical issues at site and coordinate for appropriate solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and relevant engineering standards.
• Review drawings and provide necessary technical guidance to the site team.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports as required.
• Perform other duties assigned by the concerned Government authority or reporting officer.
