Senior Sales Executive

 

Job Title: Senior Sales Executive

Location: Bhubaneswar

Job Summary:

 

The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing key client relationships, and leading business development initiatives for the company’s range of products including doors, wardrobes, shutters, and veneer. This role requires a proactive approach in identifying high-value opportunities, mentoring junior team members (if any), and consistently achieving sales targets. The position involves regular interaction with architects, interior designers, builders, and key clients to expand market presence.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell the company’s products (doors, wardrobes, shutters, veneer, etc.) with a strategic sales approach
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, markets, and high-value clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and corporate clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  • Provide product demonstrations and technical knowledge support to customers.
  • Prepare and submit quotations, follow up with clients, and close sales deals.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and recommend pricing or strategy adjustments.
  • Coordinate with the operations/dispatch team for timely delivery of products.
  • Ensure post-sales customer service, handle queries, and resolve complaints effectively, and maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Support and guide junior sales executives
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional activities when required.
  • Maintain proper records of sales activities, daily visits, leads, and reports for management review.

Key Skills & Competencies:

 

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Good knowledge of building materials, interiors, or construction-related products.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with clients and industry professionals.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting.

 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate in any discipline ( B.Tech preferred).
  • 5–8 years in relevant sales experience in interior, home décor, or building materials industry.
  • Strong existing network with architects, builders, contractors, or interior designers will be an added advantage.
  • The candidate may also apply who has expose in cement, paint, steel and other house construction product will be preferable.
