Domain Leader

Key Responsibilities:

1. Revenue & Admissions Growth

● Drive admissions and application revenue for assigned clientele.

● Manage the end-to-end admissions funnel (lead → counselling → application → admission → billing).

● Achieve retained admissions and application volume targets.

● Track and optimize daily/weekly/monthly revenue performance.

2. Team Performance & Engagement

● Lead and manage counsellors and Team Leads to meet productivity KPIs (LAR, APW).

● Conduct regular reviews, coaching, and performance tracking.

● Support hiring, onboarding, and team engagement initiatives with HR.

3. Pipeline & Institutional Partnerships

● Build and close partnerships with new colleges/universities.

● Manage onboarding and relationship performance of partner institutions.

Experience & Qualification

● 5+ years in admissions, education sales, or growth roles

● Experience managing counselling or sales teams

● Proven record of revenue and admissions target achievement
