Job Summary:

The Cook cum Office Boy will be responsible for preparing meals and refreshments for office staff and visitors, maintaining cleanliness in the pantry and office premises, and providing general office support services. The role requires a disciplined, hygienic, and service-oriented individual who can efficiently manage both cooking and office assistance duties.

• Key Responsibilities: Cooking & Pantry ManagementPrepare tea, coffee, breakfast, lunch, and snacks as required.
• Ensure food is prepared hygienically and served on time.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and pantry area.
• Monitor pantry and kitchen supplies and inform the administration team of replenishment requirements.
• Properly store food items and maintain freshness standards.
• Wash and maintain kitchen utensils, crockery, and appliances.

Office Support Duties

• Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to employees, guests, and visitors.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of office premises.
• Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and document movement as required.
• Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and office materials.
• Assist in office setup for meetings and events.
• Support housekeeping and administrative activities as assigned.

General Responsibilities

• Ensure proper maintenance of office furniture, pantry equipment, and utilities.
• Follow company safety, hygiene, and workplace discipline guidelines.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Qualification & Experience

• Minimum 10th Pass.
• Experience of 1–2 years as a Cook, Office Boy, Pantry Boy, or similar role.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene.
• Ability to read and understand basic instructions.
• Honest, punctual, and well-mannered.

Salary & Benefits:

•  ₹8,000 – ₹10,000 per month (based on experience and skills).
