Job Opening – Call Center / BPO ExecutiveLocation: Bhubaneswar, Odisha
Position: Call Center / BPO Executive
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month + Up to ₹5,000 Performance Incentives
- Job Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Explain company products and services to customers.
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain customer records and follow up with clients.
- Resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer support.
- Achieve daily and monthly performance targets.
- Eligibility Criteria:Minimum 6 months of experience in BPO, Telecalling, Telesales, or Customer Support.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Freshers are not allowed. Experienced candidates only.
