Accounts Manager

Key Responsibilities

1-Cost & Management Accounting: Monitor product costing and conduct regular variance analyses to drive cost savings and operational efficiency

2-Inventory Control: Reconcile stock levels for raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods alongside supply chain teams.

3-Financial Reporting: Prepare month-end and year-end financials, general ledger entries, and regular MIS reports for executive management.

4-Payroll & Disbursements: Supervise the processing of plant payroll and ensure accurate, timely settlement of accounts payable and receivable

5- Develop monthly and quarterly accounting reports for the management and executive teams

6-Implement and monitor the month, quarter and year-end closeout accounting schedules

7-Strong budgeting, financial forecasting and financial analysis skills required

8-Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure that there is a redundant process backup in place for every critical operation
