Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled and dedicated Welder to join our fabrication team. The candidate will be responsible for welding, assembling, and fabricating metal components according to engineering drawings while maintaining high standards of quality and workplace safety.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPerform MIG, TIG, ARC, and CO₂ welding as per project requirements.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
• Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components.
• Prepare materials by cutting, grinding, drilling, and fitting before welding.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Repair defective welds and perform rework when required.
• Operate welding machines, gas cutting equipment, grinders, and fabrication tools.
• Maintain welding equipment and ensure proper housekeeping of the work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear the required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Coordinate with supervisors and quality inspectors to complete jobs within deadlines.
• QualificationsITI in Welder/Fitter or equivalent technical qualification.
• 1–5 years of experience in industrial fabrication or manufacturing.
• Freshers with welding certification may also apply.
• Required SkillsKnowledge of MIG, TIG, ARC, and CO₂ welding processes.
• Ability to read fabrication drawings and use measuring instruments.
• Experience in stainless steel, mild steel, and structural fabrication.
• Good understanding of welding defects and quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Preferred ExperienceExperience in industrial fabrication, solar structures, street lighting poles, electrical panels, or heavy steel fabrication.
• Welding certification is an added advantage.
• Working ConditionsFactory/Workshop environment.
• Standing for extended periods and handling heavy materials.
• Overtime and shift work may be required based on production schedules.
