Workshop Manager

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Workshop Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our EV workshop. The candidate should be capable of managing workshop staff, handling customer service issues, monitoring vehicle repairs, and ensuring smooth workshop functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage complete workshop operations and technical staff.

Handle warranty claims, replacements, and service-related documentation.

Supervise vehicle repair and maintenance work.

Ensure timely delivery of serviced vehicles.

Monitor spare parts requirements and inventory.

Coordinate with customers regarding service updates and complaints.

Maintain workshop discipline, productivity, and service quality.

Train and guide technicians when required.

Prepare daily and monthly workshop performance reports.

Requirements:

Experience in automobile/EV workshop management.

Knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, repairs, warranty claims, and replacements.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Good communication and customer handling abilities.

Ability to manage technicians and workshop operations independently.
