About the Role

Magnum Group is looking for customer-focused Voice Support Executives to join our team. The role involves verifying and approving customer profiles over calls, completing documentation efficiently, and achieving daily performance targets.

We welcome both fresh graduates and experienced professionals who possess strong convincing skills and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities

·        Handle customer profiles through outbound calls in a convincing manner.

·        Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns.

·        Ensure a high level of customer approvals by delivering quality support.

·        Achieve productivity, quality, and response time targets.

·        Follow company policies, SOPs, and quality standards.

·        Work collaboratively with internal teams to complete daily targets.

Eligibility Criteria

·        Undergraduate/Graduate in any discipline.

·        Willing to work in Festivals.

·        Fresher’s and experienced candidates are eligible to apply.

·        Understandable English communication skills.

·        Basic computer knowledge.

·        Good convincing abilities.

·        Customer-centric approach with a positive attitude.

·        Willingness to work from the office in rotational shifts.
