Team Leader

*JOB TITLE: TEAM LEADER – PAYTM*

*JOB SUMMARY:*

Team Leader will be responsible for handling a team of 20 Field Sales Executives and driving business growth in the assigned territory. The role includes team management, merchant acquisition, activation, transaction growth and cross sales of financial products.

*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:*

• Build, manage and lead a team of 20 Sales Executives.

• Ensure daily attendance and discipline of all team members.

• Attend and conduct daily 09:00 AM Gate Meeting for target briefing and performance review.

• Ensure each executive visits minimum 50 shops daily.

• Drive installation of Paytm QR Code and Soundbox in the assigned market.

• Work on merchant activation and increase transaction growth in the territory.

• Increase number of active merchants and improve overall transaction volume.

• Drive cross sales of:

- Insurance

- SIP

- Loan

- EDC / POS Machines

• Identify inactive merchants and reactivate them on Paytm platform.

• Monitor team productivity and ensure achievement of assigned targets.
