Job Description
Team Leader – Field Sales (QR & Sound Box)Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of Field Sales Executives.
- Drive daily sales and merchant onboarding targets.
- Visit markets and shops with the team to generate new business.
- Promote and install QR codes and Sound Box devices for merchants.
- Train team members on sales pitches, product features, and onboarding processes.
- Monitor daily team performance and prepare sales reports.
- Handle merchant queries and resolve field-level issues.
- Ensure achievement of monthly sales and installation targets.
- Coordinate with the management team for regular updates and performance tracking.
