Position: Solar Operations & Net Metering Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and self-driven Solar Operations & Net Metering Executive to independently manage the operational aspects of rooftop solar projects from installation completion to commissioning. The candidate should have a sound understanding of the PM Surya Ghar Yojana process, net metering procedures, liaison with government authorities, and coordination with vendors to ensure timely project execution.

This is an operations-focused role.

• Key Responsibilities
• Independently manage the end-to-end operational workflow of rooftop solar projects.
• Handle complete PM Surya Ghar Portal documentation and processing.
• Coordinate and follow up for Net Metering applications, approvals, inspections, and commissioning.
• Liaise with MPEB/DISCOM officials and other government departments for timely approvals and issue resolution.
• Visit customer sites whenever required for inspections, meter-related issues, documentation, commissioning, or operational support.
• Coordinate with installation teams to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Follow up with suppliers regarding material procurement, dispatch, shortages, replacements, warranty claims, and timely delivery at customer sites.
• Track project progress and ensure all activities are completed within stipulated timelines.
• Resolve operational bottlenecks by coordinating between customers, installation teams, suppliers, and government agencies.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for each project.
• Ensure compliance with company processes and applicable government guidelines.
• Provide regular status updates to management regarding project progress and pending issues.

Desired Skills

• Good understanding of rooftop solar project execution.
• Practical knowledge of PM Surya Ghar Portal & State portal and Net Metering procedures.
• Ability to coordinate with government departments and external agencies.
• Strong follow-up and communication skills.
• Good documentation and record-keeping ability.
• Problem-solving attitude with ownership of assigned projects.
• Comfortable with frequent field visits.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Word, email, and online portals.

Eligibility

• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or any relevant discipline.
• Experience in rooftop solar operations, DISCOM coordination, or project execution will be preferred.
• Freshers with strong knowledge of solar project procedures and willingness to learn may also apply.

Other Requirements

• Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is mandatory.
• Willingness to travel within the city and nearby areas for official work.

भूमिका (Job Summary): हम ऐसे जिम्मेदार और सक्रिय व्यक्ति की तलाश में हैं जो हमारे रूफटॉप सोलर प्रोजेक्ट्स की पूरी ऑपरेशनल प्रक्रिया को स्वयं संभाल सके। इस पद पर कार्य करने वाले व्यक्ति को PM Surya Ghar Portal, Net Metering, सरकारी विभागों से समन्वय (Coordination), सप्लायर्स से फॉलो-अप तथा साइट से जुड़े सभी कार्यों की जानकारी होनी चाहिए।

इसका मुख्य कार्य प्रोजेक्ट्स को समय पर और सही तरीके से पूरा करवाना है।

मुख्य जिम्मेदारियाँ (Key Responsibilities):

• रूफटॉप सोलर प्रोजेक्ट्स की पूरी ऑपरेशनल प्रक्रिया को स्वतंत्र रूप से संभालना।
• PM Surya Ghar Portal पर आवेदन, दस्तावेज़ अपलोड एवं पूरी प्रक्रिया को समय पर पूरा करना।
• Net Metering से संबंधित आवेदन, निरीक्षण (Inspection), स्वीकृति (Approval) एवं कमीशनिंग की प्रक्रिया को पूरा करवाना।
• MPEB/DISCOM तथा अन्य सरकारी विभागों के अधिकारियों के साथ समन्वय (Liaison) करना।
• आवश्यकता पड़ने पर ग्राहक की साइट पर जाकर निरीक्षण करना तथा मीटर, कमीशनिंग या अन्य तकनीकी/प्रक्रियात्मक समस्याओं का समाधान करवाना।
• इंस्टॉलेशन टीम के साथ समन्वय बनाकर प्रोजेक्ट को समय पर पूरा करवाना।
• सप्लायर्स से सामग्री (Material) की उपलब्धता, डिस्पैच, कमी, रिप्लेसमेंट एवं वारंटी आदि के लिए नियमित फॉलो-अप करना।
• यह सुनिश्चित करना कि आवश्यक सामग्री समय पर ग्राहक की साइट तक पहुँच जाए।
• सभी प्रोजेक्ट्स की प्रगति (Progress) पर नज़र रखना और समय-समय पर प्रबंधन (Management) को अपडेट देना।
• ग्राहकों, इंस्टॉलेशन टीम, सप्लायर्स एवं सरकारी विभागों के बीच समन्वय स्थापित कर किसी भी प्रकार की समस्या का समाधान करवाना।
• प्रत्येक प्रोजेक्ट से संबंधित दस्तावेज़ एवं रिकॉर्ड व्यवस्थित रूप से बनाए रखना।
• कंपनी की प्रक्रिया एवं सरकारी नियमों का पालन सुनिश्चित करना।

आवश्यक योग्यताएँ (Desired Skills)

• रूफटॉप सोलर सिस्टम एवं उसकी इंस्टॉलेशन प्रक्रिया की अच्छी समझ।
• PM Surya Ghar Portal एवं Net Metering प्रक्रिया का व्यावहारिक ज्ञान।
• सरकारी विभागों के साथ कार्य करने एवं फॉलो-अप करने की क्षमता।
• अच्छी कम्युनिकेशन एवं फॉलो-अप स्किल्स।
• समस्या का समाधान निकालने की क्षमता तथा जिम्मेदारी के साथ कार्य करने का दृष्टिकोण।
• MS Excel, Word, ई-मेल एवं ऑनलाइन पोर्टल्स का सामान्य ज्ञान।
• फील्ड विज़िट करने में सहज होना।

शैक्षणिक योग्यता

• Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy या संबंधित क्षेत्र में Diploma / B.Tech / B.E.
• रूफटॉप सोलर, DISCOM या प्रोजेक्ट ऑपरेशंस का अनुभव रखने वाले उम्मीदवारों को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी।
• यदि उम्मीदवार को PM Surya Ghar एवं Net Metering प्रक्रिया की अच्छी जानकारी है, तो फ्रेशर्स भी आवेदन कर सकते हैं।
• अन्य आवश्यकताएँस्वयं का दोपहिया वाहन एवं वैध ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस होना वांछनीय है।
• आवश्यकता अनुसार शहर एवं आसपास के क्षेत्रों में फील्ड विज़िट करने की इच्छा होनी चाहिए।
