Key Responsibilities

Client Communication

• Communicate with clients through WhatsApp and phone calls.
• Follow up with clients and coordinate content requirements.
• Schedule meetings and recording sessions.

Content Research

• Research trending reels, viral topics, and content ideas.
• Analyze competitors and industry trends.
• Find new opportunities in digital products and AI tools.

Content Support

• Assist in creating content ideas, hooks, captions, and titles.
• Support script writing and content planning.
• Maintain content calendars and reports.

Podcast Studio Coordination

• Coordinate with podcast guests and clients.
• Manage recording schedules and reminders.
• Ensure smooth communication between clients and the team.

Administrative Support

• Prepare daily reports and maintain records.
• Handle basic documentation and follow-up tasks.
• Support the team in various operational activities.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Interest in social media and content creation.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, and ChatGPT is preferred.
• Strong learning attitude and willingness to learn new tools.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to take ownership and work proactively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Freshers are welcome.
• Graduates or final-year students may apply.
• Previous experience in content creation, digital marketing, customer support, or administration will be an added advantage.
