Where you come in:

- Turn scripts into clear, engaging motion content

- Create explainers and training videos that people can actually follow

- Handle end-to-end video output — animation, editing, flow

- Work fast, but keep quality tight

What you should already be good at:

- After Effects and Illustrator (non-negotiable)

- Motion, timing, pacing

- Explainer-style videos

- Working without constant hand-holding
