Experience: Fresher / Experienced (Welcome)

Salary: ₹19,000 CTC per month

Incentives: Up to ₹20,000 per month (Performance-based)

Key Responsibilities:

Acquire new customers by selling the bank’s CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) products.

Conduct marketing and promotional activities within the assigned area to generate leads.

Travel locally on a daily basis to meet potential and existing customers.

Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Cross-sell banking products (Fixed Deposits, Insurance, Loans, Credit Cards, etc.) to existing customers.

Encourage existing customers to deposit more funds into their accounts.

Ensure adherence to all compliance and regulatory requirements of the bank.

Complete mandatory training, certification, and learning activities conducted by the bank.
