Job Description

Company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Institutional and Industrial experienced Sales Executive to join the team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with institutional clients and industrial customers to drive sales growth and meet revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, good communication skills, and a strong understanding of the institutional and industrial sectors.


Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement sales strategies to target institutional clients and industrial customers, including government agencies, educational institutions, healthcare facilities, manufacturing plants, and other industrial sectors.
  • Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the institutional and industrial sectors, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target accounts to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support in achieving sales objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition of our products/services.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale to secure profitable business agreements with institutional and industrial clients.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs, including revenue goals, sales volumes, and customer acquisition metrics.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance, market insights, and business development activities.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. (Preferred)
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on institutional and industrial sectors.
  • Strong understanding of institutional and industrial markets, including customer needs, buying behavior, and industry dynamics.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
  • Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients and attend industry events.
