Job Description
- Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in a related field.
- Number of Vacancies: 3.
- Coordinate with clients, insurance companies, and internal departments to ensure smooth policy issuance, renewals, and claims processing.
- Prepare, maintain, and update MIS reports related to policies, premiums, claims status, and client records.
- Track policy expiry dates and follow up with clients for timely renewals.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook) in addition to Excel.
