Job Description
Housekeeping staff की दैनिक गतिविधियों की निगरानी एवं संचालन।
टीम को कार्य आवंटित करना और समय पर कार्य पूर्ण कराना।
परिसर की सफाई, स्वच्छता एवं हाइजीन मानकों को बनाए रखना।
Housekeeping सामग्री एवं स्टॉक की निगरानी करना।
Attendance, Shift Planning एवं Daily Reports तैयार करना।
नए कर्मचारियों को कार्य संबंधी प्रशिक्षण देना।
Client एवं Management के साथ समन्वय बनाए रखना।
Safety एवं SOP का पालन सुनिश्चित करना।
प्रतिदिन हाउसकीपिंग मैनपावर रिलीवर (Reliever) की उचित व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित करना।
नई साइटों पर आवश्यकतानुसार हाउसकीपिंग स्टाफ की तैनाती एवं व्यवस्था करना।
