💰 Salary Structure

✅ Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month

✅ Performance-Based Incentives up to ₹15,000

✅ Total Earning Potential: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Roles & Responsibilities

• Visit markets daily and achieve sales targets in the assigned territory

• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retailers

• Ensure product availability, visibility, and proper merchandising

• Execute in-store promotions, sampling, and branding activities

• Track competitor activities and provide regular market feedback

• Submit daily sales and field activity reports

Candidate Requirements

• 1–3 years of FMCG / Beverage field sales experience

• Comfortable with extensive fieldwork

• Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Local market knowledge of Bhopal preferred
