Field Sales Executive

We are hiring a field-oriented Business Development & Driver Onboarding Executive for a cab service company.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Visit hotels, cafes, restaurants, offices, hospitals, and other places for cab service tie-ups.
• Build partnerships and generate regular cab booking leads.
• Onboard new drivers for the cab platform.
• Collect and verify driver documents like license, RC, insurance, and ID proof.
• Explain company process, payment structure, and service rules to drivers.
• Maintain daily visit, lead, partnership, and onboarding reports.
• Achieve monthly partnership and driver onboarding targets.

Requirements:-

• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable with field sales and market visits.
• Presentable and target-oriented.
• Basic local market knowledge.
• Two-wheeler preferred.
• Experience in field sales, cab services, logistics, delivery, or vendor onboarding preferred.
