Field Sales Executive

An Airtel XFE (Xstream Fiber Executive) is a field-based sales role focused on acquiring new customers for Airtel's broadband and Wi-Fi services. It involves door-to-door marketing, local market lead generation, and meeting monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Conduct door-to-door visits in residential areas, corporate offices, and local markets to find potential customers.
• Customer Education: Explain Airtel Xstream Fiber plans, installation benefits, and offers to prospective buyers.
• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed assigned daily and monthly sales quotas to unlock performance incentives.
• Onboarding & Coordination: Process new customer applications and coordinate with backend teams for timely router installation and activation.
• Reporting: Update daily lead statuses, attendance, and sales reports using the internal Airtel mobile application.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum 12th pass; graduates are generally preferred.
• Mobility: A two-wheeler vehicle and a valid driving license are typically required for field travel.
• Skills: Strong local communication skills, basic English proficiency, and a self-driven attitude.
• Experience: Both freshers and experienced field sales candidates are encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Pay & Perks: Standard base salary often ranges from ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 per month depending on location, education, and experience.
